Olesen Logistical Management Group, Inc. was incorporated in the year 2000. Although our company is considered "young" in the industry, it was built on a foundation utilizing the experiences encountered in over 25 years in the medical transportation industry. Our relationships with our network providers are excellent, spanning over a decade.
Our ancillary provider network consists of over 5,500 providers, allowing us to manage cases from low impact ambulatory injuries to the most catastrophic claims in a cost effective manner. Geographically we cover the U.S., Puerto Rico, Canada, and have providers in Central and South America as well as Europe. Our Logistical Command Center is staffed from 7:30AM to 8:30PM, after 8:30PM the telephones are transferred to the on call Logistical Coordinator.
Our philosophy as an authentic logistical management organization is to take full responsibility for the oversight and timely destination management of our consumer products and to utilize proven, accepted vendors who must undergo our credentialling process.
Our insurance coverage exceeds industry standards with a general liability policy of $5,000,000 and a professional liability policy of $5,000,000.
We are proud of our reputation for providing high quality, seamless service delivery, anywhere, anytime. In order to maintain this status, we utilize numerous safeguards and extrapolate information from all involved in the service delivery process. Our Logistical Coordinators attend monthly continuing education classes. We randomly ask the calling party if our service has met or exceeded their expectations. We send service evaluations directly to the claimants to better understand their perception of our organization, which indirectly is a continuing check upon our vendor's performance. We treat our vendors with the utmost respect and dignity. We fully understand it is their attention to our account which enables us to successfully execute our mission.
